Today is the first day that candidates can sign up for the April elections.  From what I've heard, there was a line of people at City Hall at 8:00 this morning to register for their Wards.

It will be interesting to watch how this election pans out.  There is already a buzz of activity over at Arnold Talk and I expect it will only grow between now and April.
